What would you bring to the conversation?
The sessions people remember at CXO aren't presentations. They're conversations led by people who have made the hard calls and are willing to talk about them honestly.
For St. Moritz, we're selecting a small group of leaders to help shape the agenda: some to lead and contribute to sessions, others to join the Advisory Board that steers the summit.
If there's a challenge you think your peers should be tackling together, or a perspective the room needs to hear, we'd like to know what it is.
The roles
Two ways to get involved
Session contributors
Workshop host · Panellist · Debate contributor
Host a workshop, bring a clear view to a panel or take a side in a debate. Every session involves the room, so you'll be guiding a discussion rather than delivering a talk.
Sessions are built around a real challenge leaders are facing now, and shaped with the CXO content team ahead of the summit.
- Preparation calls with the CXO content team before the summit
- Leading or contributing to your session in St. Moritz
Advisory Board
Agenda, themes and voices
Help decide what the summit focuses on: which challenges deserve the room's time, which formats will get the most out of them and which voices should be in the room.
It's a working role. Your input directly shapes the programme.
- The Advisory Board meets monthly in the run-up to the summit
- Members attend at least two meetings
- Members are featured in summit promotional materials
Why get involved?
What you get from it
- Shape the agenda. Put the challenges you care about in front of the people best placed to work through them.
- Test your thinking. Peers who will challenge it, candidly and off the record.
- Build your profile. Be visible among a selected group of senior business, data, AI and technology leaders.
- Leave with more than you brought. Perspectives and relationships that last beyond three days in St. Moritz.
What we look for
Who we're looking for
- Lived experience. Decisions you've taken, trade-offs you've made and outcomes you've owned.
- Candour over polish. What worked, what didn't and what you'd do differently.
- A question worth the room's time. Something your peers need to talk about, not a pitch.
- Generosity in the room. Comfortable drawing others in as well as contributing.
Applications
Put yourself forward
Tell us which role interests you and what you would bring to it. Be specific: the clearer the challenge and your experience of it, the easier it is for us to see the fit.
